LCIA Symposium in Hong Kong
LCIA Tylney in Town Symposium in Hong Kong - Sunday 5 May 2024
A morning symposium and lunch, preceding the ICCA Congress in Hong Kong, China, on the rooftop terrace of The Murray Hotel.
Format
In keeping with a longstanding tradition preceding ICCA Congresses, the LCIA will host a "Tylney-style" symposium. The ever-popular "Tylney-style” format is designed to be interactive and to provide an opportunity for delegates to share news and views on developments in the field of international commercial arbitration and dispute resolution.
Delegates will be contacted before the symposium and invited to submit topics for discussion and, on the day, encouraged to participate in a free-flowing discussion of the topics submitted, under the expert guidance of the Co-Chairs.
Delegates will then enjoy a keynote address ahead of lunch.
The seminar will be held under the Chatham House Rule to facilitate an open and honest discussion. The language of the seminar will be English.
Who should attend?
Arbitrators, in-house counsel, practitioners, academics and members of the local and international business community interested in, and affected by, current developments and best practice in the field of international arbitration and dispute resolution.
