YIAG Co-Chairs Manish Aggarwal Manish Aggarwal is a dual-qualified English solicitor and Indian advocate, and partner in the London office of Three Crowns. He has extensive experience of representing corporations and States in both commercial and investment treaty arbitrations across a broad range of sectors (including energy, infrastructure, life sciences, telecommunications, and technology) and in arbitration-related court litigation. He is consistently ranked as a leading practitioner in arbitration and public international law by major legal directories, such as Who’s Who Legal and Legal 500. Manish has taught commercial and investment arbitration at LL.M. programmes at Queen Mary University’s School of International Arbitration, King’s College Dickson Poon School of Law, and European Public Law Organization’s Academy of International Economic Law and Policy. He has also served as a member of the International Bar Association’s Subcommittee on Investment Treaty Arbitration (2014-2016). Sara Nadeau-Seguin Sara Nadeau-Seguin is a partner at Teynier Pic in Paris and specialises in international arbitration (commercial and investment). She is a Member of the Paris Bar and has been admitted to practice in England and Wales and Quebec (Canada). She has acted as counsel in numerous arbitration proceedings relating to the fields of energy, mining, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and construction in both ad hoc and institutional proceedings (ICC, ICSID, LCIA, SCC and UNCITRAL). In addition to her experience of contentious matters, Sara regularly advises clients in relation to pre-contentious matters, including for the negotiation and drafting of dispute resolution agreements, as well as in commercial litigation proceedings before domestic state courts, particularly in Canada. She also sits on the Young Practitioners Subcommittee of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge. Since 2017, Sara has featured on the list of “Future Leaders” published by WWL. Oleg Todua Oleg Todua is a partner in the White & Case Dispute Resolution Practice, admitted to practice in England & Wales and in Russia. He focuses on international arbitration, both investment and commercial. In 2015-2016, Oleg spent six months on secondment to the LCIA Secretariat, where he acted as counsel. He is highly active in the Russian-speaking arbitration community, and also served as the LCIA YIAG Regional Representative for Russia and the CIS. Oleg’s recent and ongoing matters include investment treaty cases under ICSID, ICSID (Additional Facility) and UNCITRAL rules, and commercial arbitrations under the auspices of leading arbitral institutions. He has been named a “rising star” in the field of arbitration by the Legal 500 and is recognised as one of Russia’s top young arbitration practitioners (Russian Arbitration Association 40 awards for 2016, 2018 and 2019). Myfanwy Wood Myfanwy Wood is a partner in the international arbitration team at Ashurst with a broad practice and particular expertise in global energy and resources disputes, including the oil and gas sector, renewables, clean energy, mining and African related disputes. She also has experience in other markets including Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Australia. Myfanwy represents a range of global clients and is successful in running large, high value and technically complex disputes. Myfanwy is listed as a "Rising Star" in the 2019 Legal 500 Arbitration Powerlist and in the 2020 and 2021 Legal 500 rankings. Myfanwy advises in relation to commercial arbitration, investor state arbitration, other cross-border disputes (including litigation) and public international law. Myfanwy also is experienced in class actions. Myfanwy holds a master's degree in International Law from the University of Cambridge where she was a Davis McCaughey scholar. Myfanwy was a YIAG regional representative for the LCIA and a founding member of the Working Group on LegalTech Adoption in International Arbitration which recently released the Protocol for Online Case Management in International Arbitration. Myfanwy also sits on the Case Analysis Expert Panel for Arbitration with Lexis Nexis.
