Equal Representation for Expert Witnesses (ERE) 2023 Survey Report

The Equal Representation for Expert Witnesses has released a report following their recent survey which found that, in 2022, women were appointed as the sole expert witness in just 10% of disputes worldwide, and that 64% of lawyers had not seen any female expert witnesses in action.
